1. Personal data on your media is safe at Dependable PC Repair. If re-imaging is required we will contact you prior to erasing any data. We ask that you remove any removable media and backup to DVD or CD any critical data before handing over your PC. This speeds up the repair process if re-imaging is required.
2. If you are having a company computer or laptop repaired make sure you have permission to bring it to us. By bringing the computer to us you give us the permission to open the case and repair windows issues. Any agreement(s) between you and your company are to remain between you and your company. Dependable PC Repair will not be held responsible for breaking any said agreement(s) between you and your company.
3. Dependable PC Repair keeps customer information(Name, Phone, email, and address) in a database off line. Information is kept securely off the Internet and used for internal purposes only. We will never sell or share your information to/with anyone else.
4. You may occasionally receive an email about special offers and/or services from Dependable PC Repair. You may opt out of the mailing list at any time. Just send me an email and I will gladly remove you from future mailings.
